Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped; excluding, weekends, public and bank holidays. Orders placed on a holiday or over the weekend will be shipped the following business day. If the item you have ordered is not in-stock or back-ordered at the moment of purchase, your order will be shipped as soon as the item is back in stock.
Customers will receive an email notification once their online order has shipped, containing the tracking number and name of carrier service. Orders will ship via USPS standard or expedited shipping. Please allow 3-5 days transit time by USPS for your order to be delivered with standard service and 2-3 days with priority service.
Standard shipping is FREE through USPS within the United States on orders over $40 or $5 flat rate for orders under $40 before taxes.

In the event your order has been lost or stolen after delivery please contact our customer service department at email@example.com.
Orders cannot be canceled after the order has shipped and tracking has been provided. If your order is already in transit, please contact us when after your order been delivered to request a return authorization.
We ship to all 50 states in the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
